Each county board of education member must complete antibias training at least once during their term, using the training program already developed by their county board for school employees

Training for board members must be conducted separately from the biennial training required for public school employees who interact frequently with students

Antibias training guidelines address cultural awareness, implicit bias reduction, and prejudices faced by historically marginalized racial, ethnic, and religious groups including antisemitism and Islamophobia
