Establishes a Workgroup on the Creation of a Data Dashboard for Public Work Contracts and Apprentices, consisting of 3 senators, 3 delegates, the Secretary of Labor, the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, and 6 industry representatives from building trades, pipe trades, contractors associations, and minority contractors

Workgroup must study the most efficient and cost-effective method to create a publicly available data dashboard tracking contractor and subcontractor information, employee wages and job classifications, and apprentice data including demographics, trade, certification status, and registration dates

Workgroup must make recommendations on dashboard location, development and maintenance costs, implementation timeframes, and update frequency

Report with findings and recommendations due to the Governor and General Assembly by January 7, 2027

Act takes effect July 1, 2025 and automatically expires on January 31, 2027 without further legislative action
