During the migratory Canada goose (Atlantic Population) hunting season, bag limits for all Canada geese statewide must conform to federal U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service limits for Atlantic Population Canada geese, including both the Atlantic Flyway Resident Population Hunt Zone and Atlantic Population Hunt Zone.

Exempts five western Maryland areas from this requirement: Allegany County, Frederick County, Garrett County, Washington County, and the portion of Carroll County west of Route 31 and Route 97.

Amends Natural Resources Article Section 10-409, which requires the Department to publish bag limits for game birds and mammals by April 25 each year.

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and includes a 5-year sunset provision, automatically expiring on June 30, 2030 without further legislative action.
