Reduces Baltimore County Republican Party Central Committee membership from four to three members elected from each councilmanic district

Restructures Baltimore County Democratic Party Central Committee representation across legislative districts, changing from the previous system based on districts 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 42, and 44B

Establishes new Democratic committee allocation: 10 members (two per district) from districts 11A, 42A, 42B, 43B, and 44A; 12 members (four per district) from districts 7A, 11B, and 44B; and 18 members (six per district) from districts 6, 8, and 10

Takes effect October 1, 2025, and was approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 6, 2025
