Authorizes the 9-1-1 Trust Fund to cover costs shared between 9-1-1 and 9-8-8 suicide prevention hotline operations, including software interfaces and joint training

Changes the funding restriction from prohibiting "any purpose associated with" the 9-8-8 hotline to prohibiting only costs that "solely support" the 9-8-8 hotline

Maintains the prohibition on using 9-1-1 Trust Fund money for expenses exclusively dedicated to the 9-8-8 suicide prevention hotline

Takes effect October 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on April 8, 2025
