Expands Maryland's revenge porn law to cover AI-generated and computer-generated intimate images that are indistinguishable from real photos of identifiable persons, not just authentic images

Creates a civil cause of action for defamation per se or invasion of privacy for victims whose visual representations were distributed in violation of the law, with courts authorized to award reasonable attorney's fees to prevailing plaintiffs

Defines "visual representation" to include both unaltered images and computer-generated images that an ordinary person would believe are real, while explicitly excluding drawings, cartoons, sculptures, and paintings

Criminal penalties remain a misdemeanor with up to 2 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $5,000 for knowingly distributing intimate images with intent to harm, harass, intimidate, threaten, or coerce without consent
