State Board of Pharmacy must send renewal notices by email rather than first-class mail to licensees, permit holders, and registrants as the default method

Licensees, permit holders, and registrants may request to receive renewal notices by first-class mail instead of electronic means

Applies to pharmacist licenses, pharmacy permits, pharmacy technician registrations, wholesale distributor permits, and pharmacy intern registrations

If electronic renewal notices are returned as undeliverable, the Board must send notices by first-class mail to the last known address

Effective October 1, 2025
