Extends the Workgroup on Social Worker Requirements for Licensure termination date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027

Requires the Workgroup to examine changes to the Association of Social Work Boards examination beginning in 2026, including three-option multiple choice questions and a modularized exam format allowing retakes of only failed content areas

Directs the Workgroup to review accommodation policies for test takers with disabilities, health conditions, or who use English as a second language

Mandates a report to the Senate Finance Committee and House Health and Government Operations Committee by December 1, 2026 on findings and whether to continue using the Association of Social Work Boards examinations for bachelor and master social worker licenses

Takes effect June 1, 2025
