Requires Maryland state and local correctional facilities to transfer undocumented immigrants serving sentences to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security upon request

Transfers are mandatory when the individual has engaged in or is suspected of terrorism, espionage, or poses a danger to national security

Applies to individuals convicted of offenses involving active participation in a criminal street gang as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 521

Covers individuals age 16 or older who intentionally participated in criminal street gang activities, or those convicted of an aggravated felony as defined in 8 U.S.C. § 1101
