Creates a new exception to juvenile police record confidentiality laws allowing the Office of the Attorney General to publicly release the name and age of a child involved in a police-involved incident resulting in death or injury

Disclosure is permitted only during independent investigations conducted under § 6-602 of the State Government Article

Requires express consent from the child's parent or guardian before any public disclosure of the child's information
