Adds the Comptroller, or the Comptroller's designee, as a new member to the Maryland Small Business Retirement Savings Board

Expands the Board's ex-officio membership from two state officials (State Treasurer and Secretary of Labor) to three

Retains the existing nine appointed members with expertise in retirement programs, investments, financial systems, or small business (three appointed each by the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House)

Takes effect October 1, 2025
