Increases the maximum property insurance deductible a unit owner must pay from $10,000 to $25,000 when damage to the condominium originates from their unit

Any deductible amount exceeding $25,000 remains a common expense shared by all unit owners

Council of unit owners must annually inform each unit owner in writing of their deductible responsibility and the deductible amount

Applies only to residential condominiums; condominiums with all nonresidential units are exempt

Takes effect October 1, 2025
