Requires the Governor to include a $5,000,000 appropriation to the Maryland Pediatric Cancer Fund in the annual budget bill starting in fiscal year 2027 and each fiscal year thereafter

Adds the Cigarette Restitution Fund as a new funding source for the Maryland Pediatric Cancer Fund, allowing up to $5,000,000 annually from tobacco settlement money

Expands the authorized uses of the Cigarette Restitution Fund to include providing funding to the Maryland Pediatric Cancer Fund

Removes a prior provision that allowed the Governor to delay the $5,000,000 appropriation from fiscal year 2023 to 2024, establishing a consistent annual funding requirement

Takes effect July 1, 2025
