Expands allowable uses of Maryland's Opioid Restitution Fund to include operating expenses and personnel costs for the Opioids Enforcement Unit within the Office of the Attorney General for investigations, enforcement actions, and recovery of funds from opioid-related judgments and settlements

Requires the Office of the Attorney General to submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly beginning October 1, 2025, detailing the number of investigations, lawsuits filed, and lawsuit dispositions by the Opioids Enforcement Unit

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with a 4-year sunset provision that automatically terminates the new provisions on June 30, 2029

Amends Section 7-331 of the State Finance and Procurement Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland
