Renames "Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau" to "Visit Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Inc." throughout Maryland's Local Government Article

Updates references in hotel tax distribution provisions that allocate 17% of hotel tax revenue from both the City of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County to the tourism organization

Maintains existing reporting requirements for the organization to submit annual reports on hotel tax revenue use by November 1 to county and city officials and state legislative committees

Preserves authority for the Anne Arundel County Auditor to audit the organization's financial records and for jurisdictions to withhold funds for non-compliance

Effective October 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 13, 2025
