Authorizes the Baltimore Police Department to charge a late fee when a person fails to pay a speed camera citation or contest liability within a timeframe determined by the agency

Requires speed camera citations issued in Baltimore City to include a notice that failure to pay or contest the citation may result in a late fee assessment

Applies only to speed monitoring system citations in Baltimore City, not other jurisdictions in Maryland

The underlying civil penalty for speed camera violations remains capped at $40; the late fee would be an additional charge

Takes effect October 1, 2025
