Requires health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations in Maryland to cover preventive ovarian cancer screenings for individuals aged 45 and older

Covered screenings include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scans

Prohibits insurers from imposing copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles on these preventive screenings

Allows an exception for high-deductible health plans (as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 223), which may apply their deductible requirement to these screenings

Takes effect January 1, 2026, applying to all policies, contracts, and health benefit plans issued, delivered, or renewed on or after that date
