Establishes the Prostate Cancer Care Access Grant Program to improve awareness of and access to prostate cancer care services in Maryland

Creates a special, nonlapsing fund administered by the Secretary of Health to provide grants supporting public education efforts, travel costs for individuals unable to access care in their communities, and other access initiatives developed in consultation with culturally competent care organizations

Requires the Governor to allocate at least $100,000 by budget amendment for fiscal year 2026 (by October 1, 2025) and include $100,000 appropriations in fiscal years 2027 and 2028

Exempts the Fund from the requirement that interest earnings accrue to the General Fund, allowing interest to remain credited to the Program Fund

Takes effect October 1, 2025
