Establishes November 11 (Veterans' Day) as an annual tax-free day in Maryland beginning in 2025, exempting veterans from sales and use tax on all purchases

Eligible veterans include those who served on active duty in the U.S. uniformed services, Armed Forces reserve components, U.S. Public Health Service, or National Guard of any state

Veterans must have been discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable to qualify

Veterans must provide proof of eligibility to vendors, such as a valid driver's license or government-issued ID with a veteran notation

Takes effect July 1, 2025
