Authorizes the Governor to transfer funds from the Catastrophic Event Account to the State Disaster Recovery Fund when the Fund's balance has been depleted or when estimated disaster relief costs exceed the Fund's balance

Reduces the Legislative Policy Committee review period from 15 days to 5 days before the Governor may transfer funds from the Catastrophic Event Account through budget amendment

Adds money transferred from the Catastrophic Event Account as an eligible funding source for the State Disaster Recovery Fund

Takes effect July 1, 2025
