Maryland Office of Overdose Response and Department of Health must develop and maintain a public interactive dashboard tracking Opioid Restitution Fund spending, disaggregated by state, county, and municipality

Dashboard must display payment schedules from opioid settlements, past spending, spending plans and priorities, and detailed descriptions of funded initiatives including performance measures

Counties and municipalities receiving settlement funds must submit financial information to the Department for inclusion on the dashboard, with an online portal established for reporting

Dashboard must link to state, county, or municipal websites providing additional information on opioid settlement fund use, and should integrate with existing state opioid data platforms where practicable

Dashboard development and maintenance funded through the Opioid Restitution Fund via state budget appropriations; effective October 1, 2025
