County boards of education must publish on their websites a list of special education service delivery models available to parentally-placed private school students, in addition to the existing requirement for public school system models

"Parentally-placed private school student" is defined as a child with a disability enrolled by their parent or guardian in a private elementary or secondary school, including religious schools, under federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1412(a)(10)(A))

The definition excludes children placed in private schools by a public agency to provide special education services

County boards must provide written copies of this information upon request
