Removes the requirement that the State Reporter secure copyright for Maryland on published reports of opinions from the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Appellate Court of Maryland

Updates gendered language in the statute, changing "his court" to "the clerk's court" when referring to appellate court clerks delivering opinions to the Reporter

Retains existing requirements that the State Reporter prepare case reports for publication under Supreme Court supervision, with opinions published within six months of decision
