Establishes notice requirements including posting at the burial site, publishing in a newspaper of general circulation, and notifying potential descendants at least 30 days before submitting an application

Allows any person to request an informational meeting about a relocation application within 30 days of notice publication; meeting may be canceled if all requesters withdraw

Provides a 90-day delay period when a family member or direct descendant of the decedent requests to reinter remains for which a relocation application has already been filed

Directs all fines and application fees collected under these provisions to the Cemetery Oversight Fund, with an effective date of October 1, 2025
