Sets the Frederick County Sheriff's annual salary at $187,313 for calendar year 2025, replacing the previous salary of $125,000

Establishes the Sheriff's salary at 82.5% of the Frederick County State's Attorney's annual salary (including increments and adjustments) for calendar year 2026 and each subsequent year

Prohibits salary changes to the State's Attorney's pay from affecting the incumbent Sheriff during their current term; changes take effect at the beginning of the next term of office

Takes effect October 1, 2025, and applies only to terms of office beginning after that date, in accordance with Article III, § 35 of the Maryland Constitution
