Requires the Coalition to develop criteria for prioritizing wildlife connectivity projects based on vehicle-wildlife collision rates, endangered species habitat locations, and equitable distribution across regions

Mandates the State Highway Administration report on wildlife crossings in each consolidated transportation plan, including expenditures, planned projects, and performance metrics

Requires counties and local jurisdictions to consider wildlife movement and habitat connectivity when enacting or amending comprehensive plans
