Renames the "beer and wine consumption (BWC) permit" to "beer and wine tasting (BWT) permit" and the "beer, wine, and liquor consumption (BWLC) permit" to "beer, wine, and liquor tasting (BWLT) permit" in Frederick County

Sets tasting limits at 12 total ounces of beer, 6 total ounces of wine, or 1.5 total ounces of liquor per individual, eliminating the previous option for three smaller sample servings

Grants the Board authority to regulate the quantity of alcoholic beverages served and the number of bottles or containers from which tastings are poured

Permits are available to Class A license holders with annual fees of $200 for beer/wine tasting and $400 for beer/wine/liquor tasting
