Narrows Maryland's existing ban on liability waivers from all "recreational facilities" (including gyms, pools, and amusement attractions) to apply only to indoor trampoline parks

Liability waiver contracts that attempt to release indoor trampoline parks from responsibility for injuries caused by negligence or wrongful acts remain void and unenforceable

Removes definitions and exemptions from current law, including the exemption for health club services agreements for adults

Allows other recreational facilities (gyms, pools, commercial athletic facilities, amusement attractions) to enforce liability waivers that were previously prohibited

Takes effect October 1, 2025
