Amends the definition of "slot machine" in Maryland Criminal Law to expand what types of skills-based amusement devices are excluded from regulation as slot machines

Skills-based amusement devices may now award merchandise, tickets, tokens, or other objects per play, provided the value does not exceed a minimal amount set by the State Lottery and Gaming Control Commission

Allows prizes from skills-based devices to be accumulated and exchanged for noncash merchandise or prizes, as long as the exchange value is similar to the cumulated value of objects exchanged

Caps the maximum wholesale value of accumulated prizes at $599

Takes effect July 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 6, 2025
