Extends the Baltimore Convention and Tourism Redevelopment and Operating Authority Task Force from 1 year to 2 years, with termination date changed from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026

Requires the Task Force to identify funding sources and mechanisms for renovating and developing the Baltimore Convention site and surrounding area, excluding Areas 13, 14, and 15A of the Inner Harbor Project I Urban Renewal Plan

Mandates the Task Force to identify funding to establish and sustain operations of a future Baltimore Convention and Tourism Redevelopment and Operating Authority

Requires an additional report by December 1, 2025 specifically on funding sources and mechanisms, submitted to the Mayor of Baltimore City, Governor, and General Assembly

Effective date changed from July 1, 2025 to June 1, 2025
