Increases the required fair housing course from 1.5 to 2 clock hours every 2 years for licensees, and makes a 2 clock hour Americans with Disabilities Act course mandatory (rather than optional) for those working solely in nonresidential real estate

Reduces the broker supervision course requirement from 3 clock hours to 1.5 clock hours for real estate brokers, branch office managers, and team leaders

Removes "the practice of flipping" from the required topics in the 3 clock hour ethics course, while retaining coverage of fraudulent real estate practices and professionalism

Grants course providers authority to select qualified instructors for continuing education courses and allows the Real Estate Commission to set course application fees (replacing the fixed $25 fee)

Takes effect October 1, 2025
