Maryland Department of Health must develop a clear, easy-to-understand graphic data dashboard displaying age-adjusted health disparity data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, and gender, in collaboration with the Commission on Health Equity

Required health indicators include health insurance access, cardiovascular disease, chronic disease, mental health and substance use, cancer, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, body mass index, and any other indicators the Department deems relevant

Dashboard must be updated on a quarterly basis, as determined by data availability, and posted prominently on the Department's website
