Expands the Maryland Police Officers and Probation Agents Scholarship Program to include correctional officers as eligible recipients, renaming it the Maryland Police Officers, Probation Agents, and Correctional Officers Scholarship Program.

Provides tuition assistance for students pursuing degrees to become correctional officers, as well as current correctional officers seeking degrees to further their careers at public universities or community colleges in Maryland.

Requires scholarship recipients to work as a correctional officer (or police officer/probation agent) in Maryland for at least 5 years during the 8-year period after graduation, or repay the scholarship funds.

Maintains the existing $5,000,000 annual appropriation, with $2,500,000 allocated for students intending to enter the field and $2,500,000 for current employees pursuing higher education.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
