Changes the annual reporting deadline for the Investment Committee's minority business enterprise report from September 1 to November 1

Extends the Board of Trustees' annual investment report deadline from December 1 to December 31

Clarifies eligibility for the State Police Retirement System's Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP) by replacing "eligibility service" with "employment in a position eligible for membership in the State Police Retirement System"

DROP eligibility requirements remain: 22-32 years of service (for members before June 30, 2011) or 25-32 years (for members on or after July 1, 2011), and under age 60 (except for the Secretary of State Police)

Effective date: July 1, 2025
