Increases the minimum annual salary for the Sheriff of Somerset County from $85,000 to $105,000

Raises County Commissioner salaries from $10,000 to $12,000 annually, with the President receiving $13,000 (up from $11,000)

Increases County Roads Board member compensation from $10,000 to $12,000 annually, with the President receiving $13,000 (up from $11,000), paid in addition to their County Commissioner salaries

Salary increases apply only to officials beginning new terms of office after the effective date, per Maryland Constitution Article III, § 35

Takes effect October 1, 2025
