Abolishes the Charles County Gaming Permit Review Board, a seven-member body that reviewed gaming permit applications and recommended approvals to county commissioners

Transfers all gaming oversight duties previously held by the board to the County Attorney for Charles County, including reviewing permit applications, approving lessors of gaming devices, and examining fundraising organization records

County commissioners retain authority to approve or deny gaming permits, set permit fees, designate allowed gaming devices, and adopt gaming regulations

Fundraising organizations must continue submitting gaming permit applications at least 30 days before each calendar quarter and file post-event reports within 30 days after the quarter ends
