Expands where patrons can consume and carry liquor at Charles County baseball stadiums, allowing liquor anywhere on stadium premises rather than restricting it to enclosed dining areas or bars

Explicitly excludes parking areas from the licensed premises where alcohol may be sold or consumed

Updates permitted serving containers from "plastic, Styrofoam, or paper" to "plastic, paper, or other nonglass containers" while maintaining the glass container exception for enclosed dining areas with seated patrons

Applies to Class B-Stadium (baseball stadium) beer, wine, and liquor licenses issued to professional team franchise owners or private concessionaires under contract with Charles County

Takes effect July 1, 2025
