Increases the maximum wine serving size from 5 ounces to 6.5 ounces per glass for barbershop and beauty salon beer and wine license holders in Frederick County

Beer serving limit remains unchanged at 12 ounces per customer

Alcohol may only be provided to customers receiving services or attending permitted fund-raising events at the establishment

License holders may serve beer and wine during normal business hours but not later than 9 p.m., with an annual license fee of $100
