Expands court installment payment plan eligibility to include civil penalties from automated traffic enforcement programs (such as speed cameras and red light cameras), in addition to existing coverage for traffic fines and parking violations

Defendants with combined fines or civil penalties totaling at least $150 who certify inability to pay may apply to the clerk of court for an installment plan

Entering an installment plan for automated enforcement citations constitutes consent to civil liability at the time of the agreement

Unpaid amounts under a defaulted installment plan may be referred to the Central Collection Unit or processed as other outstanding court debts
