Adds supervisory positions at Maryland Department of Health facilities (including CAMH associate supervisors and developmental disability associate supervisors/managers) to the Correctional Officers' Retirement System effective July 1, 2025

Expands eligible job titles at seven MDH facilities (Eastern Shore Hospital Center, Thomas B. Finan Center, Potomac Center/SETT, Spring Grove Hospital Center, Springfield Hospital Center, and two Regional Institutes for Children and Adolescents) to include additional direct care and nursing positions

Requires automatic transfer of service credit from the Employees' Retirement System or Employees' Pension System to the Correctional Officers' Retirement System by June 30, 2026, for affected employees with pre-July 2008 service, unless they opt out by June 1, 2026

Employees with no creditable service before July 1, 2008 must have their Employees' Pension System service transferred and combined with their Correctional Officers' Retirement System service

Transferred employees granted ordinary disability benefits will receive the greater of benefits calculated under either system's formula
