Principals or school administration must investigate every student fight or physical struggle

Students who used reasonable force to protect themselves or escape an attack cannot be disciplined, based on a "more likely than not" standard after investigation

If a student was disciplined during an investigation but later found to have used justified reasonable force, all discipline documentation must be expunged from their record
