Creates a new out-of-state motor home and recreational trailer vehicle show permit issued by the Motor Vehicle Administration for dealers licensed in other states to display vehicles at shows in Worcester County

Permits are only available to dealers from states that reciprocally allow Maryland dealers to display motor homes and recreational trailers at vehicle shows in their state

Permit holders may display or exhibit vehicles but may not execute a buyer's order or accept a deposit at the shows

Permit holders must file a bond with the Administration after approval, with the bond amount and permit duration determined by the Administration

The Administration may suspend or revoke permits for non-compliance; effective date is October 1, 2025
