Establishes reinstatement requirements for expired certifications: completion of continuing education, submission of renewal application by Board deadline, and payment of renewal fee

Mandates the Board adopt regulations for continuing education that includes clinical hands-on training and must be offered by state-based dental professional societies affiliated with national organizations or other approved entities
