Expands the existing procurement preference for Blind Industries and Services of Maryland to include janitorial products that are packaged or repackaged by the organization, not just those manufactured or assembled by them

State entities and state-aided or controlled entities must require prime contractors on maintenance contracts with housekeeping or janitorial components to procure qualifying products from Blind Industries and Services of Maryland

The procurement requirement applies only "to the extent practicable" and only when the specified products are available from the organization
