Creates a temporary to-go event permit in Wicomico County allowing Class B beer, wine, and liquor license holders to sell alcoholic beverages in approved to-go cups that customers may carry into designated special event areas, with a fee of $20 per day

Establishes a Class C per diem municipal to-go beer, wine, and liquor license that municipalities in Wicomico County may obtain to designate special event areas for up to 7 consecutive days, with a fee of $45 per day

Requires the Board of License Commissioners for Wicomico County to adopt regulations covering special event area designation, hours of sale, age verification, approved to-go cups, advertising/notice requirements, and public safety/security requirements

Eligible establishments must hold a Class B license and be located within or immediately adjacent to the designated special event area

Effective July 1, 2025
