Creates a new "arts beer and wine license" in Dorchester County allowing holders to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption when snacks are served

Eligible businesses include nonprofit or for-profit art centers, galleries, and museums located in a Department of Commerce-approved arts and entertainment district that display and sell original artwork

Businesses selling commercially prepared or mass-produced artistic products are prohibited from obtaining the license

Sales hours restricted to Monday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with an annual license fee of $250 and no transfer of the license to another location permitted

Establishments within 300 feet of a place of worship or school may obtain the license with written consent from each affected institution
