Creates a new venue beer, wine, and liquor license in Dorchester County for nonprofit or for-profit businesses hosting weddings, banquets, parties, meetings, and similar events at venues of at least 2,000 square feet that can accommodate at least 100 individuals

Authorizes license holders to sell beer, wine, and liquor by the drink or bottle for on-premises consumption only during events where food is also served; patrons may not carry alcohol onto or off the premises

Sets the annual license fee at $1,500 and prohibits transferring the license to another location

Allows the Board of License Commissioners to issue the license to establishments within 300 feet of a school or place of worship if written consent is obtained from each affected institution

Effective July 1, 2025
