Extends the minimum display period for political signs in common ownership communities (HOAs, condominiums, and cooperative housing corporations) to begin 30 days before the start of early voting, rather than 30 days before election day

If no early voting exists for a particular election, the 30-day pre-election display period remains unchanged

Signs must be allowed to remain displayed until 7 days after the primary election, general election, or vote on the proposition

Applies when no other federal, state, or local law specifies the permitted display timeframe for the jurisdiction

Takes effect October 1, 2025
