County boards of education must grant temporary school admission to students whose parents or guardians cannot provide proof of immunization within the required timeframe

Parents must present evidence of a scheduled appointment with a health professional or local health department to receive immunizations, reconstruct lost records, or acquire proof of age-appropriate immunity

Appointments must be scheduled within 60 calendar days from the date temporary admission is granted

Parents must provide evidence of required immunizations on the next school day following the student's health appointment
