Expands the entities that may receive claimant information to include the Uninsured Employers' Fund and the Subsequent Injury Fund, in addition to the claimant's attorney, employer, and employer's insurer

Broadens the type of information claimants must authorize for release from only medical information to both medical and financial information that may be relevant to the claim

Adds authorization for release of information about additional claims filed by the claimant and information in the custody of the Workers' Compensation Commission

Applies to claims for accidental personal injuries, death benefits filed by dependents, and occupational disease claims

Takes effect October 1, 2025
